These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 30014 Huntington Beach, Ca . Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in 30014 Orange County Huntington Beach, California.

Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the services with written notice in the event of a material breach. In such cases, fees for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date will be payable.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information provided by the other party that is not publicly available. This includes project details, proprietary information, and any other sensitive data.

Liability:

Holly Komo LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, cyber attacks, or third-party service outages.

Revisions and Changes:

A specified number of revisions or changes may be included in the project agreement. Additional revisions or major changes may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, feedback, and any required assets to facilitate the project. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and deadlines.

Intellectual Property:

Holly Komo LLC retains intellectual property rights to all designs and code until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final design and related assets will be transferred to the client.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to initiate the project, with the full balance due upon completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

Service Scope:

Our services include web design, development, branding, graphic design, logo creation and related services as agreed upon between Holly Komo LLC and the client. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
